Hi, I'm Kristina Will, RVT, founder of Pawside Concierge Veterinary Support.

Animals have been at the center of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up with dogs, cats, horses, and pocket pets inspired a lifelong passion for helping animals and the people who love them.

I began my veterinary career in 2016 as a veterinary receptionist, where I discovered the importance of client communication and compassionate care. Eager to expand my skills, I became a veterinary assistant before pursuing my degree in veterinary technology.

In August 2022, I graduated from Vet Tech Institute at International Business College Indianapolis with an Associate of Applied Science in Veterinary Technology and became a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT).

Since then, I've had the privilege of working in both general practice and emergency medicine, gaining hands-on experience in patient care, anesthesia, laboratory diagnostics, emergency nursing, surgical support, client education, and chronic disease management. These experiences have given me a well-rounded understanding of veterinary medicine and reinforced one simple belief:

Exceptional veterinary care doesn't end when a pet leaves the clinic.

Why Pawside?

I created Pawside Concierge Veterinary Support to bridge the gap between veterinary visits and everyday life.

Many pets experience fear and anxiety during clinic visits, while many pet owners simply need extra guidance and support once they return home. Pawside was created to provide compassionate, professional veterinary technician services in a familiar, low-stress environment while working collaboratively with your veterinarian.

Whether it's collecting blood samples for annual wellness testing, administering medications, monitoring recovery after surgery, supporting senior pets, providing hospice care, or teaching owners how to confidently care for their pets, my goal is to make veterinary care more accessible, convenient, and less stressful for everyone involved.
